In Nashville, Tennessee, it's Xmas season already.

This one was taken by hubby while participating at the AiChe conference held at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN.

Normally, one would expect that the tree is put not earlier than Thanksgiving, but apparently there's no such thing as "too early"!

Truth to be told, the stores are already selling ornaments. But actually putting a tree up? Maybe a little overboard..

Haha! Our trees and Xmas lights have been up for weeks already - and shops have been selling ornaments since August. Very soon we will be celebrating Xmas 6 months a year.

And if Easter was as popular and commecialized, you'd be celebrating it for the other 6!

Well, it's getting that way. For the last few years, as soon as the chocolate Santas and mince pies come off the shelves, the Easter eggs and hot cross buns invade. It's quite surreal.

I bet! Add Valentine's Day and you have a packed holiday schedule.
